What Is Powder Coating?
Powder coating is a painting process using dry powdered paint that is electrostatic charged. After applying the powder the part is then placed in a curing oven and heated up to 400 degrees. This process causes the coating to melt and flow into an attractive, durable, high quality long lasting finish.
Why Powder Coat?
Powder coating simply last longer than liquid paint. Products with a powder coated finish are far more resistant to scratching, chipping and fading with wear.
Let your imagination run wild with color. You not only get to choose the color, but also the finish. Finishes can range from smooth to wrinkle, as well as textures that hide surface flaws.
